    • Step 2:
  • Only abstracts where registration has been PAID IN FULL will be accepted.

  • Planning to register as a PANEL? First, kindly ensure that EACH participant registers individually. After completing the registration, please select "PANEL" and specify your panel affiliation in the abstract field. The organizers will make every effort to group these submissions as one session in the program.

  • ZOOM Link will be sent via email 1 day before the start of the conference to ALL participants.
  • Lunch is provided on Saturday, October 3.


    • Refunds

  • No refunds shall be issued 30 days prior to the start of the conference. A full refund may be issued for documented medical reasons (self or family) or in a case involving the loss of a loved one.

  • All refunds are subject to transaction fees by respective financial institutions and any expenses already incurred by organizers at the time the refund was requested. As a result, a full refund cannot be guaranteed.
