Please select from ONE of the following formats which best suits your research goals. (please check one):

    Paper

Paper: (20 minutes - formal) Perhaps the most formal category at the conference and an excellent way to share research results, thoughts and ideas. An increasing number of papers in this category are accompanied by a PowerPoint presentation.

    Research Update

Research update: (10-15 minutes - informal) Ideal for the grad student or seasoned researcher seeking sources, assistance, guidance and opinions on current research. Can't identify an artifact found during your latest excavation? Can't identify an individual in a photo you found during your search at the archives? This is your chance to ask the audience.

    Film

Film: The current schedule can accommodate 2 films.

Panel - 2 or more presenters

Panel: Please make sure to indicate the panel group associated with your submission in the abstract field below.

    Poster

Poster Session: (2 hours) Ideal for students. A great way to participate at a conference without the pressures of presenting before an audience. This session is a more intimate encounter with other researchers, lending itself to an excellent way to gather more data and advice.

    Poster (Digital)

Poster Session (Digital format): Ideal for students and a great way to participate online. Digital copies will be shared with all participants and posted on all online platforms. This is ideal when casting a wide net for a broader audience or in search of specific interest groups. Participants have the option to respond to live questions via ZOOM.

Permission to record for archival purposes: Please select from ONE of the following:

YES - I authorize the video recording of my presentation.
